The Karnataka College of Pharmacy has Placement Cell which was constituted in the year 2013.
Objectives
- To up skill students towards domain specific knowledge and skill sets
- To develop employee ability skills among the students
- To develop and strengthen industry- institute interaction
- To recognize the core competencies of the students.
- To train the students to meet the expectations of the industry through our Career Development Programs.
- To enhance their communication skills.
Activities of Placement Cell
- Training and Placement Cell offers Career Development Program for the students who are interested to enter the corporate world and introduce them to the prospective employers based on their aspirations and background.
- Organize On-Campus, Off -Campus, Placement Extension Services
- Personality Development Classes: These classes are conducted in parallel with the aptitude sessions and provide rigorous training in the soft skills area.
- Invite Resource Persons: Address students on self-enhancement, confidence building, Career awareness programs.
- Arrange industry visits for experiential learning.
