The Karnataka College of Pharmacy has Placement Cell which was constituted in the year 2013.

Objective
- To up skill students towards domain specific knowledge and skill sets
- To develop employability skills among the students
- To develop and strengthen industry- institute interaction
- To recognize the core competencies of the students.
- To train the students to meet the expectations of the industry through our Career Development Programs.
- To enhance their communication skills.
Activities of Placement Cell
- Placement Cell offers Career Development Program for the students who are interested to enter the corporate world and introduce them to the prospective employers based on their aspirations and background.
- Organize On-Campus, Off -Campus, Placement Extension Services
- Personality Development Classes: These classes are conducted in parallel with the aptitude sessions and provide rigorous training in the soft skills area.
- Invite Resource Persons: Address students on self-enhancement, confidence building, Career awareness programs.
- Arrange industry visits for experiential learning.
