Karnataka College of Pharmacy aims in promoting and facilitating Research and Innovation in Science & Technology. The modern knowledge economy places great emphasis on research and innovation. Karnataka College of Pharmacy took role in moulding empowered youth for the future development and growth of the nation.
The Institutional Research Committee promotes and monitors research undertaken at the institution. Support is provided for faculty to apply for projects which enable all departments to undertake research collaboration to elevate the status of research. Academic integrity is upheld by abiding by the Code of Ethics in Research
KCP has already undertaken over 30 Research Projects funded by government organization. KCP has been credited with filing 3 Patents. The faculties of KCP pursue research activities tirelessly, and publish their work in reputed, peer-reviewed journals. Over 250 research publications such as research papers, articles, books/ chapters have been published so far.
KCP has also made concerted efforts to strengthen Research & Innovation activities through various international and national collaborations. In this Knowledge Era, KCP has emerged as a Research & Innovation driven college across India.
