NSS Unit
The Karnataka College of Pharmacy is offering pharmacy education since 2003. Around 1000 students have been awarded as pharmacist at various levels such as diploma, degree, post graduate and doctor of pharmacy. The NSS unit was formed in the year 2009 with a mission of “Community Pharmacy services for betterment of the public health”. Since then, variety of activities was performed under the banner on a high note. The unit provides a platform to the student volunteers and faculty for community work and developing a sense of involvement in the tasks of public health. These activities will help us to continue our work still more rigorously and promise to partner with university in the initiation or leading of any such activities. For better health care system, the NSS Unit focus on the following thrust areas.
